To simply begin this, you need to open cmd on your computer. To get cmd, search on your computer, "CMD." Once open, copy and paste this code onto the cmd box.

How to use Anon voice
When the anon voice program is opened, you simply type words into/onto the program and click play afterwards. When you click play, it'll play the words that are on the program. If you want to use anon voice on videos, simply record the sound, computer sound.
